This section provides information regarding fees, payments and grounds on which a refund may be applied for.
All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the term of study. No student can commence classes unless tuition fees are paid. If, after the census date of the semester, a student's tuition fees are not paid, or the student has not arranged for alternate payment schedule, then the student will automatically receive a Not Yet Competent (NYC) grade for the unpaid subjects. Students who are unable to pay tuition fees may choose to contact vetregistry and withdraw from their subjects before the census date to avoid this NYC result.
